Positive Products LLC is a company in Newport News, Virginia, that is dedicated to helping people find the motivation they need to overcome challenges and make the right choices in life. Through the encouraging messages on our mugs, travel bags, and other products, we hope to inspire young people to make the right choice in order to achieve their goals and dreams.
Positive Products LLC Company History
The Founder of Positive Products LLC has always cared about the welfare and well-being of our youth. She has always tutored, uplifted and encouraged children throughout her career in the Federal Government as a Project Manager, Logistics Manager and Contract Specialist. With the recent wave of gun violence over the past several years, Ms. Avent acted on what was always in her heart to save our youth of today and of the future. She is reaching out to schools and parents in a non-traditional and creative way to reach our children so that they will not continue to take a life and in the process waste their life as well.
Cheryl Avent, Owner
Holds a Masters degree in Acquisition Procurement and Contracting, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology. Ms. Avent tutored children in the Navy Kid Tutoring program for several years in Washington, DC and Southern Maryland. She substitute taught kindergarten thru high school students in the Hampton and Newport News school system. Ms. Avent is the inventor of the Travel Flex bag in which she sells as a Travel bag and turn them into creative Gift bags for special occasions (i.e. baby shower). Moreover, she solicit for donations to turn the Travel Flex bag into Activity bags for young children through her Non-profit Positive Products Youth Outreach Program. Ten percent of the sales sold from the products on Positive Products, LLC website goes towards supporting the Activity bags for our youth! Ole school flair to keep our children motivated, creative, encouraged and engaged.
Our Mission
Positive Products mission is to influence our youth by getting them to "ThinK" first and considering the consequences before committing an act that will have them on a path of no return. Positive Products, LLC hope to reach the youth or anyone that need encouragement through the thought provoking messages printed on their products.
